TJP aims to put its Canadian-made L!X nicotine pouches onto the US market

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has received a premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) from Canadian manufacturer TJP Labs for its L!X nicotine pouches. The company said its application to sell the pouches in the US is now moving on to the next step of the PMTA process.

TJP’s CEO David Richmond-Peck said the pouches were launched by its subsidiary L!X Innovations for adults who could not or chose not to quit nicotine but wished to drop cigarettes in favour of non-combustible, oral-use products.
