Algeria: heated tobacco regulation, March 2023

According to Law No. 11-18/2018, tobacco products are defined as products intended to be used for smoking, sniffing, chewing, or sucking – including e-cigarettes – when they are, even partially, made of tobacco.

This report provides a detailed overview of the current regulatory framework in place for heated tobacco products in Algeria, covering all policy areas.
