Argentina’s ban on heated tobacco, which caught many people by surprise at the end of last month, is now subject to challenge on several fronts, including from within the government’s own party.
The decree issued by the Argentinian Ministry of Health came into force on 28th March, prohibiting the import, distribution, sale and promotion of all heated tobacco products.
