Nearly half of Finns want to ban nicotine pouches amid fears of a rise in teen usage

Three out of four people in Finland are concerned about the increasing popularity of nicotine pouches among young users, and nearly half of Finns are in favour of a ban, according to a recent survey.

The results of a poll commissioned by Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) Finland show that 75% of Finns are worried that the use of nicotine pouches is increasing among young people, and 64% would like stricter regulations to prevent them from becoming more popular – although 16% are against tightening legislation.
