The EU is currently trying to make the economy more sustainable, and therefore has been initiating dozens of different kinds of legal developments to make this ambitious goal a reality. In our opinion, all the sectors of the economy, including those of tobacco and nicotine, could be widely affected by the new proposals.
This report aims to briefly analyse the most important legal developments of 2023 related to the EU sustainability proposals that are most likely to impact the tobacco and vaping sectors.
