Oral tobacco continues to make an increasingly important contribution to Altria’s numbers – a trend the company expects to continue into the future, it said as it reported its results for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the full year.
During the presentation of its financial results, the firm highlighted the progress made in its smoke-free pipeline, including the launch of its nicotine wet pouch (snus) On! Plus product internationally and the introduction of On! Plus Berry and Citrus in the e-commerce channel in December.
