Australia: heated tobacco regulation, February 2024

The Australian government takes a negative approach towards heated tobacco and herbal heated products. From March 2024, personal imports of heated tobacco and devices into Australia is no longer possible. At the same time, a flavour ban, with the exception of tobacco and menthol, has entered into force.
