Predictions on what president Donald Trump will do have always been difficult. That is likely to remain the case overall. But there are some indications that the second go-around of the Trump administration will, surprisingly, provide a degree more stability and predictability – despite many anticipating him taking an even more radical approach on numerous policy and administrative issues.
First, it is important to note that there is no overarching grand philosophical stratagem tying together all of Trump’s actions. That is not to say there are no significant philosophical threads running through and informing certain actions.
