EU ban on flavours in heated tobacco seen as likely to be adopted ‘soon’

Flavours for heated tobacco products are likely to be prohibited in the EU within a year.

The EU Commission told TobaccoIntelligence that progress on the process to institute the prohibition was underway and that the latest step is expected to be finalised “soon”.
