Heated tobacco products are considered “new smokeless tobacco products” in Greece, and advertising is largely restricted. While herbal heated sticks remain outside the scope of tobacco legislation, some are being notified as herbal smoking products.
Starting 23rd October 2023, flavoured heated tobacco products will be banned. This report provides a regulatory overview of heated tobacco products in Greece.
