Online retailer Haypp Group will appeal what it says is an unjust local authority decision that will leave thousands of its customers unable to easily access reduced-risk products.
The company’s subsidiary Snusbolaget Norden has recently had its licence revoked that allowed it to sell products within the territory regulated by Stockholm’s Social Welfare Department. Officials contend that Snusbolaget Norden does not verify age upon delivery of nicotine-containing goods.
