This report presents insights and findings from the survey data collected from a sample of offline retailers in nine European countries. The primary objective of the survey was to assess the availability of heated tobacco products (HTPs), the popularity of available flavours, and to identify product and brand trends. Particular attention was given to consumable flavours to assess the impact of the EU’s flavour ban approved in November 2022.
