How heated tobacco packaging may change with the EU delegated directive

In addition to introducing the flavour ban and eliminating any possibility for EU member states to choose a harm-reduction path, the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2022/2100 also introduced a definition for heated tobacco, which may result in even more restrictive packaging.
