Nicotine pouches in Iceland are to be subject to their own specific rules for the first time.
Although the new regulations are more restrictive than the general consumer laws they replace, the new regime does mean nicotine pouches have been formally accepted in the country. And they are not subjected to a flavour ban, as had been proposed.
