Indonesia: heated tobacco regulation, January 2023

The general tobacco framework does not apply to heated tobacco products in Indonesia. A planned revision of the tobacco legislation in 2023 will tackle heated tobacco.

At present no health warning is required for heated tobacco products and their advertising is not restricted.
