Japan: heated tobacco regulation, April 2025

Heated tobacco is a part of the wider tobacco framework in Japan and is regulated similarly to cigarettes. The Tobacco Business Law defines tobacco products as those entirely or partially made of tobacco leaves and made for smoking, chewing or sniffing.
