Tobacco-free pouches in Hungary are regulated as tobacco-related products and snus is banned under EU-level regulation. The sale of all kinds of tobacco or tobacco-related products, including nicotine pouches, can be carried out only at licensed tobacco shops, called “national tobacco shops”.
