No changes are expected to take place in relation to oral tobacco products in Poland; however, some changes could take place for nicotine pouches. The new government has not shown any interest in specifically regulating them but the review of the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) could include them under its scope, regulating them in the same way as other tobacco alternatives, such as e-cigarettes.
