Polish industry concerned over planned prohibition of synthetic nicotine pouches

Poland’s health minister, Izabela Leszczyna, has announced that her ministry is drafting legislation to ban synthetic nicotine pouches as well as e-cigarettes with flavours.

“We have a prepared draft bill in which we will ban [the sales of] synthetic nicotine pouches,” Leszczyna said last month in an interview with local broadcaster TVN 24.
