Belarus introduced heated tobacco regulation for the first time in 2019. Heated tobacco products are considered and regulated as smokeless tobacco products, while the heating device is regulated as a system for tobacco consumption.

Smokeless tobacco products intended for chewing and sucking are banned in Belarus.
