General tobacco rules apply in Belgium for advertising restrictions, retail channels and public use of heat-not-burn (HnB) products. Although HnB hardware is not comprehensively regulated as a tobacco product, the rules on distance selling and notification do apply. This report on the current and near-future regulatory framework for tobacco-related products in Belgium covers heated tobacco (HnB), tobacco-free nicotine pouches and oral tobacco product.
