Heated tobacco products and herbal heated products are regulated under Romania’s tobacco laws and are treated similarly to cigarettes.
Heating devices are still not completely regulated and could be subject to new restrictions in the future. Heated tobacco usage is currently unregulated, but we expect it to be included in smoke-free laws at some point.
