Companies are confused by a San Francisco lawsuit on the sale of flavoured nicotine pouches but do not feel it makes business sense to fight it.
The office of the city attorney, David Chiu, has filed a lawsuit against four companies for delivering flavoured nicotine pouches purchased through their online stores to addresses within the area governed by the city’s regulations.
