Spain has banned flavours in heated tobacco products (HTPs), joining the list of European countries that have transposed a EU Commission (EC) directive prohibiting flavoured HTPs across the continent.
On 16th January, the Spanish government announced the approval of a royal decree regulating some aspects of the production, presentation and marketing of tobacco products.
