US FDA issues first warning on flavoured nicotine gummies that ‘could kill a child’

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning letter to a Florida-based manufacturer for marketing flavoured nicotine gummies – the first such warning over this type of product.

The fruit-flavoured gummies from VPR Brands, doing business as Krave Nic, could cause nicotine poisoning or even kill a young child, according to the FDA.
