US International Trade Commission rejects PMI bid to resume Iqos imports

Philip Morris’s bid to resume importing and selling its Iqos heat-not-burn (HnB) device in the US has failed following a decision by the US International Trade Commission (ITC).

The quasi-judicial federal agency said Philip Morris had failed to identify any legal issue that would merit a stay.
