Philip Morris International (PMI)’s judicial permission to sell heated tobacco products (HTPs) in Mexico is in jeopardy. This comes following the approval by Mexico’s Senate to ban the sale, consumption, production and distribution of vapes and e-cigs in the nation’s constitution.
