Heated tobacco is regulated in Cyprus under the category of novel tobacco products. Regulation of heated tobacco will remain unchanged in the near future; however, we can expect tax adjustments over time. The government has not disclosed any plans to introduce a special framework for nicotine pouches or legalise snus during 2021.
