Currently, heated tobacco is only available in three US states – Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina. This report will look into the specifics of the heated tobacco products regulation on a state-by-state basis, drawing the lines on what states may or may not do, and if they have done so or may do so in the near future. In doing so, we will be able to start seeing the state trends before they start spreading.

Berta has a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University (Florida).
