Turkey (Türkiye) currently has a prohibitive legal environment that potentially bans nicotine pouches through two key legal instruments.
The leading tobacco companies in the Turkish market, which have had an aggressive and expansive strategy for nicotine pouches in other parts of the world, have not yet launched any of their nicotine pouch brands in Turkey. However, through our research, we were able to identify 13 multi-brand online retailers offering nicotine pouches across the country.
